What is pure-water cleaning?

Ultra-pure water is nature's cleaning agent

Ordinary tap water is full of dissolved minerals and salts. When it dries on glass, those minerals stay behind as the spots and streaks you know all too well.

We run our water through a professional 3-stage purification system that strips out virtually everything dissolved in it, down to under 10 parts per million. In that ultra-pure state, water becomes "hungry" — it actively grabs onto dirt and grime, lifts it off the glass, and rinses it away. Because there's nothing left in the water, it dries completely clear with nothing left behind. No soap. No spots. No streaks.

Every drop that touches your windows is purified on-site before we ever start cleaning.

1 · Carbon Filter

First, water passes through a carbon stage that removes chlorine, chloramine, sediment and the larger particles found in city water.

2 · Reverse Osmosis

Next, a reverse-osmosis membrane forces out dissolved minerals and contaminants — the stuff that causes hard-water spots.

3 · Deionization

A final deionization stage polishes the water to under 10 TDS — ultra-pure and ready to dry perfectly spot-free.

Yes. Because the water is purified to under 10 parts per million of dissolved solids, there's essentially nothing left in it to leave a mark. The glass sheets clean and dries clear on its own.

Most everyday mineral and salt-spray buildup comes right off with our system and treatment. Severe, long-etched staining may need an extra restoration pass — we'll always tell you honestly what's possible before we start.

Our carbon-fiber water-fed poles reach up to two stories from the ground, which covers the vast majority of homes safely and without resting ladders on your siding or plants.
